
So, me and hubbie started a health kick on 27th Dec 2009, basically healthy eating and exercising each day. Up to now I have lost just over 40lbs... which I am so happy and very proud about!!! But lately my motivation is low, I am not as careful of my eating and have stopped keeping a food jounal and I am finding exercise hard and missing days. Which in turn makes me feel bad about myself. I hope I get the 'want' to do it back soon. I always take part in a bikinibook challenge on facebook and usually captain a team to make me stick with it, and the next one starts June 14th, so hopefully that will give me the boost I need to get back on it.

ReplyDeleteStaying healthy is hard. I find it helps to post a picture on your bathroom mirror of yourself lookin' good! It's great motivation. Also...keep food journaling, it really keeps you accountable. And my last tip, find a workout that you love!
